Check and reply to Emails at a Certain Time
As emails arrive in your inbox, it doesn't mean that you have to answer them immediately. Although people can contact you immediately, you don't have to reply right away. Your response has to be predictable, not immediate. As long as recipients have an idea of how long to wait for your reply and they know they can get hold of you when there is an emergency, you can simply reply to a few emails a day and not all of them.
